MBS Bookstore
Textbooks are listed each semester on the online bookstore https://bncvirtual.com/rmuohp. If you do not see your course listed in the bookstore, please check back later as they may still be in the process of being submitted to the bookstore.
Some classes will start populating for Winter 2026 semester sometime after December 8th. You can order textbooks from the MBS Bookstore or another source. - $9.99 flat rate ground shipping
- eBooks available (option to purchase an ebook when available)
- rental available (option to rent qualifying books from MBS; must be returned within seven (7) days after the class end date)
- marketplace sellers available (option to purchase from third-party sellers not affiliated with MBS)
Textbooks
Booklists contain Required, Recommended, and Optional books for all courses a program offers for the specified semester. You only need to purchase the Required textbooks for your courses.
Some textbooks are available online for free through our databases (JAMA Evidence, FA Davis, Access Medicine, Access Physiotherapy, EBSCO, etc.). You need to be logged in to LibLynx to gain access. Please do not check out EBSCO eBooks for the semester; some have unlimited access, but most are single-user access only.
Counseling students, Cengage textbooks are available for free in Canvas. Contact the Counseling program with questions or issues.
Optometry students, your textbooks are available for free through VitalSource; you’ll receive access on the first day of class. Contact the Optometry program with questions or issues.

If textbook information is not available for your course by August 15th, please contact your faculty member directly. Also, if your textbook is on order and you have not yet received it when classes begin, contact us at library@rm.edu and we can provide required book chapters until your book is received.
