Cancer survivorship research has largely focused on physical recovery and quality of life, with limited attention to occupational identity and social participation among Hispanic men with genitourinary cancer. The purpose of this qualitative phenomenological study was to explore how Hispanic men aged 40 years and older with genitourinary cancer experience changes in occupational identity and social participation following cancer diagnosis and treatment.
