Graduate speech-language pathology students frequently report limited confidence when preparing for medical clinical placements, in part due to restricted access to medically complex cases during graduate training. This study investigated the impact of computer-based simulation on the clinical self-efficacy of graduate speech-language pathology students in performing clinical tasks related to adult medical scenarios.
