BEST Together (Balance, Endurance, and Strength Training Together) was developed to address the functional exercise and fall-prevention needs of community-dwelling adults aged 65 years and older while using underutilized daytime capacity in a pediatric outpatient clinic. This program-development feasibility pilot examined whether a six-week, twice-weekly group intervention could be delivered safely, acceptably, and practically and explored preliminary changes in physical function, occupational performance, and concern about failing.
