The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a self-guided resilience training program, the Greater Resilience Information Toolkit (GRIT), on clinical confidence among speech-language pathology clinical fellows (CFs). Clinical fellows often experience increased autonomy, workplace stress, and variable supervisory experiences that may negatively affect confidence and contribute to burnout. Resilience training has been proposed as a strategy to improve coping and professional self-efficacy; however, limited research has examined its impact among CFs.
