Pompe disease is an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by deficiency of acid alpha glucosidase with glycogen accumulation in various tissues, most significantly muscle. The purpose of this study was to describe gait characteristics of children with Pompe disease, and to study the relationship between strength and selected parameters of gait and gross motor function.
